We have a central telephone number for access to Keepnet staff and as a courtesy we will normally call you back. Our 0870 number is not revenue generating for us and we do not encourage its use or have an extended call management system to keep you on the line for minutes before getting to a remote call centre location.

Should you need to call us please do so on 0870 8890 175 - it is not unusual to leave a voicemail message as our primary contact method is email.

We are considering using 'Voice Over IP' (VOIP) for customers to talk directly to staff for free via a PC and a microphone. Your comments on whether this would be of use would be appreciated. Please contact support@keepnet.net.

The most successful option we have investigated to date is the free Skype software http://www.skype.com which anyone can use (works with Firewalls etc without configuration).
