We have a central telephone number for access to Keepnet staff and as a courtesy we will normally call you back. We have changed from our old non-revenue generating 0870 number to a direct line to ensure cheapest simplest contact.

Should you need to call us please do so on +44 (0) 1869 253833 - it is not unusual to leave a voicemail message as our primary contact method is email.

We are considering using 'Voice Over IP' (VOIP) for customers to talk directly to staff for free via a PC and a microphone. Your comments on whether this would be of use would be appreciated. Please contact support@keepnet.net.

The most successful option we have investigated to date is the free Skype software http://www.skype.com which anyone can use (works with Firewalls etc without configuration).
